• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The Wife and I are getting ready for our first 4 or 5 day ride. We leave St. Clair, Mo., head to Springfield, Mo. then south to Branson, then on to Hot Springs, via Hwy. 7 and then back on hwy. 63 to Rolla, Mo. then home. Looking forward to this as a prep ride to Yellowstone next year. Any suggestions ?:dontknow::yes::yes:

Sounds like a fun trip, I've been on those roads myself. Ride safe, take your time and enjoy the ride.

Don't know when you are coming down, but there is a bike rally in Hot Springs on Sept. 7th & 8th. Enjoy your trip. Hwy 7 to Hot Springs is a beautiful ride.

Ryde safe.

We lived in Springfield for a year. It's a pretty easy city to drive in. Bass Pro is a nice spot to visit. Even if you don't buy anything, it's awesome just walking around.

Sounds like a great trip, especially in the Arkansas Ozarks. As others suggested, keep your camera at the ready for lots of pictures.:2thumbs: You should make plans to go with the MoGang in October to Branson for the weekend (more practice), it's always a fun time.

If you can Eureka Springs,Arkansas just off your route is terrific.Well worth overnighting there.Very motorcycle friendly and great riding roads all over the place. Then 7 to Hot Springs one of the best roads I have ever ridden.

7 is a good ride, 63 not so much. Do yourself a favor, pick up an Arkansas state map and ride the state hiways back. I've spent a lot of time there and the backroads are truly amazing. It is one of my all time favorite areas to ride.
