It's time for some really cool pumpkin carving! :thumbup:
Here's some of what I've found out there!

A bigger challenge is to carve one under water. They float! I participate in a couple of UW carving contest in past years. Putting lead weights inside helps.

Pumpkin carving art has risen to a new level these last few years. :yes::yes: A far cry from the triangular eyes, nose, and half circle mouths from days of yore.

I am amazed, but have never tried the artistic stuff on pumpkin carving. :bowdown::bowdown:

Duh! You hollow out the pumpkin & get it full of air, then breathe that while you're under water!! If you are smart, you can also leave the stem on the melon & let it float to the surface, then use it like a snorkel while you're down there!! :shocked:

Gotta say...

The art has come a long way and you see some amazing works....but somehow is just isn't holloween without the traditional pumpkin...:sour: followed by the pumpkin chunkin competition..:yikes:
