Gasoline leak

I have a 2014 RT Limited SE6 and had a XM radio put on by the dealer 2 weeks ago. When I got it back on a Friday, we went riding with a group up in the Mountains of NC. We stopped at a small cafe to have lunch and I parked on somewhat of an incline with the front of the bike raised. Gasoline started leaking and puddling on the ground. When I looked underneath from the back on the belt side of the bike, I could see gasoline running down the tank from the back of the tank towards the front, dropping down onto the front pully and due to the incline, running down the belt and dropping on the ground at the back of the bike.
It stopped, or at least it appeared to stop, when the tank level dropped below full. (I had just filled it up prior to us stopping for lunch). Now, I'm down at Myrtle Beach for the Rally and it is leaking still. Today it was really bad. My wife and I stopped to fill up and I was real careful not to overfill it. We rode up to a restraunt to get lunch and when we came out, we both smelled gasoline odor coming from the bike. Looked around and there was a puddle of gasoline underneath the front of the bike about where the front pully is. I looked underneath the bike again where the belt is and saw the same thing I saw before, gasoline running down the underside of the tank towards the front and dripping down on the front pully.
Anyone had this happen before? Anyone had an XM radio installed? Does it require any type of drilling around the tank? Does anything pertaining to the gasoline tank, lines, instrumentation, etc. have to be touched to install the radio?
I find it highly coincidental that this leak started after the radio was put in unless the technician did something wrong, or forgot to tighten something back up that was loosened to install it. I am waiting on my dealer's response on what to do with the bike since it is too dangerous to ride it with this amount of gasoline leaking from it.
Any suggestions or things I can check would be helpful. I'm somewhat handicapped in that I'm limited to what I can do in the form of troubleshooting with the tools that I have available to me.

It wont be fun but there have been reports of the hoses being loose at the top of the tank. So pull the panels and look at the top of the tank.

Bob, do you know if the inner panels can be removed with the tools supplied with the bike, or should I call the local dealer to come get it? The bike is under warranty. I would look myself if I were at home in my shop.

If it is convenient ................. and because it is under warranty ................... i would have the dealer come get it, a gas leak is dangerous.

Agree..!!

:agree: also the fuel guage sending unit on top of the tank could leak around the gaskets there. But that would explain the incline leak on level ground seems it would be more like a possible filler neck gas cap area. You could check it yourself and if hoses you would need new clamps and the tool kit doesn't have enough tools if the sending unit needs tightening. Anything else would need a shop so if possible have it taken into a dealer your still under warranty..:dontknow:

Made it back to NC without becoming the new Ghost Rider. Now I got to get it to the dealer for repairs.
