• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Garmin 660 no audio

I installed a garmin 660lm (not the brp) on my 2013 spyder rt-s. I used the brp harness and bracket that I purchased seperately from the dealer. When I plug the 3.5m audio jack from the garmin harness to the audio system in the brp harness that is connected to the audio in the back there is no audio from the gps (gps speaker or bike speaker). If I unplug the 3.5m audio jack I get sound from the gps speaker only. Am I doing something wrong?
I guest It's not a big deal if I can't hear the gps through the spyder audio system.

thanks

Volume

Make sure the volume on the GPS is on 100%, it will not work if it is less.

It is a Garmin bug.

thanks Sharon,

I finished installing everything last night and I end up unplugging the audio cable. Next time i remove the side panels I will definitely reconnect the audio and try 100% volume.
