Make America Awesome is an anti-Trump SuperPAC run by Liz Mair, a Republican strategist who published the photo ad on her Facebook page to stir up Mormons to vote for Cruz in the the Utah primary.

Mac, your additional information doesn't refute Fatcycledaddy's point. She did the photo shoot voluntarily and was paid for it at the time. As a model, I'm sure she was happy for the work and for the attention it brought.
