There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Full Face Helmet in F3 frunk.....

OJ UK

New member
OK guys as you all know my F3-S was delivered today.....one of the first things I did was to try to fit a full face helmet in the frunk.

I didn't have either of my regular helmets ( Schuberth S2 and my eversocomfy carbon Lazer Monaco flip front.) in the garage but I did
have my Caberg in there and it fits!! It's not too tight and would be able to be put in with a helmet bag protecting it. The frunk lid closes without
fouling the helmet. There's also room for a couple of pairs of gloves.

EDIT: My Lazer Monaco will fit in the frunk....Oh Joy!

F3-S FRUNK

MINE NOW, WILL ONLY HOLD A PAIR OF GLOVES AND GLASSES....
i made a 'false bottom', and below that i carry a tire repair kit, mini-compressor, locking cable, etc etc...
with the false bottom in place, there isn't much room for anything of size...
as for locking my helmet... all one needs to do on the F3 is remove the back seat, and there are two 'tabs' to place your helmet straps on, then replace the seat and lock it down... the helmets can't be removed once this is done...

Thanks for the pictures. I did say Wow, that's small, when I saw the size of the F3 frunk that I looked at, but did not test fit any accessories.

Itsy Bitsy.....

and thats all, and summer gloves at that..!! :roflblack::roflblack: but nice to know you can...

It is very small which is why a tail bag or saddlebags option is more like a necessity than a luxury if you plan to travel far.

DON'T FORGET

There empty space in the Helmet when your heads not in it .......just a thought.......:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:...:thumbup::thumbup:.......Enjoy that F- 3 ..... you aren't bringing it to Spyderfest ??????.............Mike

I'd love to bring it to SpyderFest! Sadly it's not feasible.

. . . . ride naked.

It puts color in your cheeks...

This looks like a decent option on the left side because that is the locking side, but since you can't get the D-ring over the tab, you are relying on the strap. It can be unbuckled and pulled through pretty easily on the right side.

That being said... it is still way better than just leaving it on the seat! Thanks for the insight SPYD3R. I will be using the built in tabs for sure.

When I took a demo ride at SpyderFest, I was shocked that I actually could fit my NEXX 1RXR XXL helmet... but I had to put it upsidedown of what you would think.

for me it works

Guys, for me it works quite well.
I have Schuberth C3PRO and it is a big size one, and it fits with any problems. Also I can place there 1st aid Kid and warning vest.
if I am on reads with girlfriend I do take a bagpack where I can also add 1 helmet so we can walk around and we keep 1 helmet inside.
But during a wintertime I will definitely place an order on saddlebags.. just not sure about those BRP original once.

Glad

that some of you can fit your helmets in there but my XL Shoei Multitech wouldn't fit.
