• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Full Face Helmet friendly Water Bottle with "Straw"???

Tubing.....

Pet supply stores in the fish department, hardware stores, medical supply/farmacias autoparts stores all carry tubing. Yes the clear kind as well as the black rubber kind. Even bike shops have fuel lines. Get the length you need boil it and your good to go. The one thing I loved about latin america , is you can get what you need or they can make it...:roflblack:

I went through a number of cups, straws and brackets till I found the Bike Butler. The system WORKS and I use an Arai full face helment (they don't make modulars for a reason). Anyway, the cup stays put, its well insulated and the straw is rigid enough to use with the helmet on at a light and just the right length. Great system and it fits the Spyders well.

Come to think of it, I use their cup bracket but the mounting bracket from Rivco as I already had that mounted on the bike. The Rivco bracket fits the Spyder handlebar fine, the cup holder is useless.

Anyway, check out the bike butler:

try Academy Sports.... I found a insulated mug that has straw hole in the top... get a straw that bends... it fits perfectly in my chrome handlebar cup holder..I put ice & cold water in it when I stop for fuel. .. water stays cold for about an hour and a half.. by that time its time to stop again...

No cups, straws, Camelbacks, modulares, corks, cupholders, straws etc. for me. I stop every 50-75 miles for a short stretching break and a drink. I always ride with a full face Arai and will not sacrifice the safety with any other type of Helmut.
Been riding now for over 64 years and I don't know how many miles, maybe over a million and it works for me. A quick stop and stretch lowers the fatique factor over the day and is accumulative. You will actually ride more miles per day doing this and feel much better at night.
