There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Fuel prices gone crazy

Prices jumped from $3.88 to $6 for about an hour here in Jackson, MI this PM. I don't think it was gouging, but self defense as lines of 30 cars were backed up at stations. They came back down to $4.09 and it looks like the run on the pumps has stopped.

:cus::cus::cus::cus::cus::cus::cus::cus:prices stay up like that for no apparrent reason will neven make the :spyder: worthless guess I'll be riding my bicycle the next few days think I'm gone to have a Jeep and Chrysler Crossfire burning in back yard next few days or give them to charity for a write off:cus:

In light of the circumstances with Ike that kind of increase is nothing but price gouging. Why not prosecute these offenders - ripping off the public in a time of crisis. Now that's the real AMERICAN WAY.

Just give to me-maybe I'll let you have your flag back

GW Bush has kept your butt safe since 9/11/01. Care to move to another country?

Wow. Guess I should send him a thank you and a dozen roses :D. I'll respectfully disagree with you and refrain from further political comments and jokes.... which is what the GW statement was - a joke.

If you feel the need to debate the great works of GW Bush, we can do that in private. Feel free to PM me.

So back to crazy gas prices. They went up here for awhile and we had some long lines - but then they died down pretty quick and gas settled in around $ 4.09.

Tomorrow may be another story.

I personally think its gonna be a long winter.

Bush

GW Bush has kept your butt safe since 9/11/01. Care to move to another country?

Yes Bush kept our butt safe ( as if another would not have ) BUT he did nothing else worth mentioning.

Oops I forgot we are billions of dollars in debt to communist China, he Bush was chickened by Putin and could not help Georgia when they needed us. MISSION ACCOMPLISH INDEED!!!

Thousands of our girls/boys died in a country that do not need or want our help, the financial state we are in Thanks to him and his cronies.

The contractors in Afghan and Iraq are swindling the US taxpayers for every penny they are worth. Now in the trillion dollars.

And all you come up with is a baloney...move if you do not like it, so we can leave this beautiful country to the likes of WHO!!!:chill:

Just ride............

If the price of oil bothers you, next time you have the oppotunity to vote for a refinery in your back yard, vote yes. 99% of the people complain about the results of no refineries, but then won't do what it takes to cure the problem.

Chevron made $1,400 per second, in profits (2007)
Chevron spent $15,000 per second, in costs (2007)
Chevron paid $4,500 per second, in taxes (2007)

I know which one of those numbers I don't like.

Gas here in Michigan went from $3.73 to $4.09 most places yesterday. One station in Sturgis posted it at $5.19, but dropped it a dollar as soon as the TV crews showed up. Maybe we just need better TV coverage. LOL

Roaddog - yup the gas thing sucks but the ride is for a good cause - United Way - and since you already registered - you paid for it. At least this money goes to our local neighborhoods.:dontknow:

:agree::agree::agree::agree::agree:

I totally agree, but you're wasting your time with people who still support Bush (all 3 of them :D). Too much kool-aid has been drunk by too many.:D:joke:

Neither of you will change the others opinion - it's a stalemate no matter what you say. You could provide videotape of Bush having a beer with Bin Laden in the White House a week ago and these people would somehow defend Bush. Better to just agree to disagree and move on.....

Let's move on to Spyder stuff again - something we can all agree is AWESOME - even though it isn't made in America---:D

Gas has stablized here in MI - around $4.05 depending on your flavor. The lines were crazy long yesterday - memories of the 70's.

Does anyone remember 'even' and 'odd' days for filling up?

You guys in Marshal are always a nickel to a dime cheaper than we are. Battle Creek must be the high rent district. ;)

Still can't take a hint, huh? Statistically, there are as many conservatives on this forum as there are liberals... probably more, if I had to take a guess. Political discourse here can only lead to bickering and infighting.

Did you notice how polite the conservatives are? A nice hint of "You must be new. We don't do political stuff here... so please don't start. Thanks." instead of an attack! I mean, not one person counterattacked and posted things like:

1. The current liberal candidate is the least qualified in modern history.
2. The current liberal candidate is a socialist whose tax policy is nothing more than more income re-distribution... meant to penalize success and undermine self-reliance.
3. The current liberal candidate's adolescent mentor was Frank Marshal Davis, a member of the communist party.
4. That the current liberal candidate's adult mentor (his "pastor") dislikes the US and promotes racial division through his black liberation theology?
5. The current liberal candidate's very first election fund raiser in 1995 was held in the home of SDS bombers/terrorists William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn and that the candidate's association with Ayers continued for years through business associations in several failed endeavors like the Annenberg Challenge.
6. The current liberal candidate had a long-term working relationship with ACORN... one of the most corrupt activist organizations in modern history and which is under investigation for wide-spread voter registration fraud in at least 14 states.

(One is, in fact, known by who one "hangs" with... my Grandmother even knew that. The space under the bus is full, by the way, so don't try it.)

But, no, we didn't say that... or the many more pages of observations which could have been posted.

So, please... take the hint... don't start. We don't do that here.

Perhaps you would be more comfortable posting that stuff

I'm so glad no one mentioned any of the things you did -

Interesting that you didn't bother to tell anyone on your side of these issues to stop posting....

:bdh:

Gonna be an interesting November.
--------------

I've never figured out just why Marshall is cheaper than BC - but it always is.:D

Drive 30 minutes south into Indiana and you can save even more on gas - crazy.

Wow here in dallas it went up a little but after the gouging talk on tv it went back down, I filled my spyder up for 3.39. Hopefully all stations will go back down...
