• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hello all. Am very happy sofar w/my :spyder2: experience except for 1 issue. Went on a 700+ mile road trip w/the wife to lower mich. and after the first night out side the hotel mother nature decided to give it a bath. Had half cover on and went out the next a.m. to load the frunk and had 1 inch of standing water in the bottom. Anyone else had this problem?? Made sure the hood seal was properly in place and hood closed tightly. Any suggestions on this? Thanks all. RIDE HARD AND RIDE SAFE!!!

Use full cover in rain, or park under cover, half cover makes excess water head toward frunk.

There had to be a gap in the seal; please take another look at it, and let us know what you see...
Good Luck!

Check the fuse box access covers and battery access cover are properly installed. If you have the Sena BT Dongle installed. Make sure there is some slack in the wires behind the trunk so the water drips off and does not follow the wires in.

Tracking leaks..!!

Spraying arid extra dry, which dries into a fine white powder, around the walls will help find the spot. As water leaks in it will leave a trail...have used it mostly for oil leaks but should work with water as well...

Seal seems to be inplace and tight down around lip of opening. Hood has some up/down play, should it be tight? Has no adjustment that I can see.

Tried spray on foot powder and a garden hose(low press.) and not a drop that I can tell but thanks for the good idea!

I rode my 2014 home from the dealer and washed it. When I did, the frunk leaked. Not hard spray, but just a light wash. I brought it back to the dealer for other warranty work and complained about that too. They re-aligned the frunk and claimed to have fixed it, so we'll see.
