Front Trunk will not open

[AH-NO-1]

I need some help!!! The front Trunk will not open, My registration, insurance card and owners manual are all in there. Is there a fuse that I should check?,
and if there is what else is on this circuit? Any help in this problem will be very much appreciated Thanks in advance for your help. Dave

Question: Do you have a bunch of "Stuff" in there, that might be push upward on the lid? If so; put some downward pressure on it, while either turning the key, or pushing the button...:thumbup:
If that's not the case; here's a picture of the latch... If you can get something around the lever on the right side, and pull it a little bit... it should olpen.

:agree:....with what Bob said about pushing down.......Also look back a few days maybe a week ago there was a PIC of how to use a thin dowel to come in from the left side and push the lever to open it .......Mike

Great video Bob. ,I added a cord from the tab to the oil tank area in case I get locked out ,I can pull on the cord if I have to
