Front Trunk Hood Misaligned.... BRP's fix

My 2010 RT S SE5 looked the same ..front trunk looked warped as the right side was sticking out and not aligned like the left side and the left and right side hood gaps did not match. I mentioned this to the dealer's service manager who called BRP and BRP told me to wait and a new bulletin was coming out and this set out the procedure to fix this problem, if problem could not be fixed then a new hood would be installed. Today I got word from the dealership that the front hood was fixed and looking great.
I was also told that the hood was incorrectly installed at the factory BRP told this to my dealership.
The BRP service bulletin is 2011-8 and it is called Correction adjust front and rear trunks as per 2011-8.

Mine needed some "adjustment", and got it during the 600 mile service. :thumbup:

Warranty Bulletin 2011-8 applies only to the rear trunk lid being hard to close on 2010 and 2011 RTs. The dealer apparently adjusted your front trunk lid in some other fashion.

No, I do not. Both of mine have required a rap on the lid with the palm of my hand. I don't mind that...except that it leaves a sweaty palm print.

The service bulletin that I quoted in my original post is what is on my receipt "Warranty correction= adjust front and rear trunks as per 2011-8" The dealer must have used this bulletin # But, I don't Know how he adjusted the front trunk lid.
