There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Front Tire Pressures

What's the scale on that gauge. Is it the inside 200 psi or is it the outside 30 psi?

It's a 30 psig gauge, the only problem is the clip on chuck is a bit hard to get on and off with a straight hose. I will have to look into putting a street ell at the chuck. The other caveat is you don't put 100 psig shop air on a 30 psig gauge LOL.

Here is some shots with the air chuck straight on the hose and after I added the street ell. I'm done working on this. It works best with my bicycle pump. Hook both tires up then the pump and a few strokes and both tires are the exact same pressure.

Yes, I live on a dead end dirt road off of a dirt road...

I ordered one of these after seeing your post, the gauge goes to 15 pounds,I like to run 19 so I hook my other gauge to the input side of it and inflate to 19

Just don't try and fill it up with 100psig shop air with a 30psig gauge and your ok.

John, My head isn't working it's usual lousy way this morning... :opps: Di you buy that, or build it? If you bought it; where do I need to go to get one? If you built it; are you planning on a production run?

Bob,

I just assembled it from parts which can be found in most hardware stores except for the gauge. I ordered all the parts from McMaster Carr.

2pcs 6140A62 Locking Head Air Chuck, Angled, 1/4" Female NPT Connection 8.86 Each

1pc 8063K37 Brass Air Fill Valve, Straight, 1/4 NPT, 1-5/16" Overall Length 3.94 Each

1pc 50785K233 Medium-Pressure Brass Threaded Pipe Fitting, 1/4 Pipe Size, Cross 9.57 Each

2pcs 54075K18 Choose-A-Color Air and Water Hose, with Male X Male Fittings, 5' , 1/4" ID, 300 PSI, Blue 6.50 Each

1pc 4023K311 Brass-Case Dual-Scale Gauge, 3-1/2" Dial, 1/4 NPT Male Bottom, 0-30 PSI 29.65 Each

I would change the 90's to 45's and use this fitting instead of the ones I got from Homless Depot.
2pcs 50785K82 Med-Pressure Brass Threaded Pipe Fitting 1/4 Pipe Size, 45 Degree Female X Male Elbow 4.00 Each

Of course the gauge is optional and if you leave it off then you only need a Tee instead of the cross.

I doubt that I can build them for a price that people would pay... just add up what I spent for mine and then look at the Chinlee one at Summit Racing for $73 plus shipping.

John

Just adding up a non gauge version the parts would cost $48.66 + $10 or so for shipping... and you can get Percy's for $41.16 plus shipping but you still have to add $8 to that for the 45's so about the same.

Just an update on the Dual Tire Fill, this is the 4th version I've tried and like this one the best. The air chucks I found just push on the valve stem and come off like a quick disconnect air hose. The clip on connectors worked ok but sometimes would hang up coming off the valve stem. This would cause uneven tire pressure so you had to do it over again. Just a reminder you can't use the 30pisg gauge with shop air only a tire pump. You can see in the photo the clip on air chucks that I removed to put the Acme A819's on.

The new air chucks are Acme A819 and I got them from MSC. They didn't have the ready made hoses so I have to look around some to see what I can come up with.

Joe I'm working on it!

Edit: I just found them at Enco for about $4 less than MSC
