• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Front Storage Compartment Light

Ok, so I've looked thru the owners manual and can't seem to find where they talk about the light in the front storage compartment on the RT-S.

So, how is that light activated? Is it by switch, or does it come on
automatically? I remember seeing it on when the dealer was preping it for delivery so I know it works. :dontknow:

The light is located at the top left of center at the front of the trunk. Light comes on when the trunk is opened. I don't believe there is a manuel switch for it.

Yes, the light comes on automatically via a switch when the trunk lid is opened. Yes, the Spyder has to be running...the light is fed through the load shedding relay. And yes, you have to look closely to see it is on. I suggest you carry a small Maglite.

Ditto what Scotty said! You gotta hunt for it.

I agree. A mini mag in the center compartment would be of a lot more value.
