• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

front fender shaking

has anyone ever had one of their front fenders do a very noticeable shake when applying brake pretty heavy.............. no steering issues or vibration issues to be felt but when applying brake hard,,,,,,,,,,, left fender is stationary but right fender shakes very noticeable .

As I see it..!!

with all the lighting work done I would start with checking the mounting of the fender. Does the fender wiggle at any other time..?? abs kicking in should make both sides do the same and bend disc would be felt as a lobbing in the pedal.. :gaah:

FENDER SHAKE

:agree:......You or someone should try and move the fender by hand. I suspect this is the problem.......JMHO and others here .....Mike

awesome I will check bolts for looseness............. no other noticeable wiggle other than at hard braking,,,,,,,,,,,,,, no vibration at all though.

Took mine by the shop today for this very same problem except it was the left fender and there was no rhyme or reason to when it would vibrate. Hopefully the extended warranty will cover this repair

all fender bolts seem to be in order & no loose feel on the fender,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, just vibrates (NOT WIGGLES) hahaha very bad under hard braking, other than that you never see or feel it at all.

If these suggestions do not turn out to be the problem, check your A-Arm bushings.

That was my thought. I had a similar issue on the right side fender. I could move it by hand when I checked it and turns out I had some worn bushings in the A-Arm.

I just went thru this issue while on vacation, went to the dealer in Utah to have it checked, it was a warped rotor, fortunately this was under warranty
