Front End Vibration ?

I just purchased a 2013 LTD and the front end shakes so bad at about 50 miles an hour, Any one else ever experience this issue ? The Dealer had originally said that I had a sensor bad in the air shock that was causing the problem but evidently that wasn't the fix, any ideas?

I chased this for a while in a 2008 RS/GS. The cause was Ride On in the tires.

I have to agree with others. Time to find a new dealer. Any dealer who thinks the air shock, which is on the rear, can cause front end vibration does not deserve your business. If I were you, I'd try either Florida Motorsports in Naples or Action Jet Sports in Bradenton.

Barneys up in Brandon and Tampa is another good dealer and CFPS (where you're going for alignment) has a lot of Spyder experience. Spyders are just a sideline at ---sports in Fort Myers, but then, so is everything else there.

Sometime, vibrations may also come from a bad disc rotor.

My 2010 RT stated a vibration. Pitbull found it was a balance issue. Fixed.

For those of you changing out your front tired on the 2013 RTs what tire and size seems to work the best ? Is this the proper size ? Front Tire (Full Spec)

Vibration

Well now after having my new Spyder about a week and it being in the shop what will be three days if they even bother to show up to get it I'm really to the point I want my 2012 back ! The shop had the attitude they didn't want to mess with it any further. Poor customer service !

Read these posts. These guys know what they are talking about. Above all, don't give up! Your spyder is capable of smooth vibration-free riding. Find a dealer that is recommended by this forum, or find a way to talk to or get with Lamonster, Spyderpops Harvey , or Baja Ron at an event. I had a 2013 RT LTD before I got my 2014.
