• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

For starters both those Brand's are CRAP tires .... Arachnid made theirs as a copy of the Kenda ....crap in = crap out .....A review of the tire posts ( all 22,000 of them ) will confirm my statements ..... Mike

BALL-JOINTS

i'm starting to hear stories about bad BALL JOINTS..... :gaah:
check yours.... they should be gold colored... if they are silver, have your dealer do an official inspection....

Here's what I found...

The Kendas up front wearing was the same on mine and the alignment fix that and those went on for 33,000 miles agressive ryding (on the second set now). The kenda rears both got about 19,000 miles. I now have the Arachnid on the back and have found they are of a different compound. They spin out much easier and we are more agressive on the inside turns so the left side is wearing faster. I run 17lbs on the fronts and 27lbs on the rear. Gonna try adjusting the rear down some could help. The front alignment may also help your shimmy or they can check to see what else may be causing that....

Since you have one ....could you tell us how many plies are on the TREAD & SIDEWALL .... Thanks Mike

My suggestion is to read all you can find about tires on this forum and come to your own conclusions. Your problems are not unique given improper dealer and/or factory set-up issues coupled with the tires you are running. It can be fixed and you can be happy. You just need to do your homework. Good luck
