• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Finally git to ride with the Wentzville, MO chapter of the Freedom Cruisers. Great group of guys, though only 3 other bikes were there this week. When they got there on their Harleys I told them I was concerned because they were all 1 wheel short!
Rode to Hannibal, MO for lunch and ice cream, then back home through Louisiana and Clarksville, MO on HWY 79.
It was also my 1st extended ride on a highway. No probleMs, Spyder was very well behaved. Coming home through the twisties we had even more fun.
looking forward to the next ride and meeting more of the group.

Great..!!

the more you ryde the better you get and the more fun it gets..the twisties are the most fun, when I started the nanny and I were not on speaking terms but now we argue all the time...enjoy and be safe..!! :ohyea::ohyea:

Bluff Climb!

In Clarksville, didja happen to see the STEEEEEEEP hill heading west off the main drag? It's right in the middle of the business district, I think at a 4-way stop, but I don't remember the street name. I bet this would be fun to climb with a Spyder (but NOT on a two-wheeler! I could see why the Harleys would bypass it...).

We used to go up there (by car) for the view of the river from the bluff-top. Haven't been there in several decades now, so I'm not sure of the present circumstances.
