Same story here. Went in with coupon for hat. Dealer had no idea what was going on. They told me to pick one and they'd order. Two weeks now and back order status still shows. BRP, what are you doing running a promotion, not telling dealers and not having stock. :lecturef_smilie::gaah::dontknow:
GOT MY HAT!!! After almost a three month wait, the free hat has arrived. Dealer had seven free hat certificates turned in and BRP finally sent them three. Talk about the slow boat from China. And before you weigh in with "it's only a hat", it was never about the hat. It was about BRP marketing offering products, parts and accessories that they do not have available. The dealer ordered them individually, in blocks, different colors, etc to try to get something shipped. When the system catches up, they will probably end up with 20 hats.
