• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Fox Shocks

Anyone have an opinion about the advantages or disadvantages of adding Fox Shocks vs RT shocks on 2011 RSS. Right now I have the stock shocks with Ron's anti-sway bar. Big improvement, but still too much nanny. Can't afford the Elkas right now. Thanks everyone.

I put my New 2012 RT shocks on my 09 GS with #5 stiffness and love them with the EVO (Older) sway bar. I moved the Elka,s from the GS to the RT and made out both ways!!! I would try the RT first on #5 stiffness because you can get them for a Steal!!!

:agree: I love my 2011 RT shocks set at 4 !!!!!!! Obviously.... the Fox is better, but not enough to pay alot more for them.

Have to agree..!!

The RT shocks are the way to go if price is holding you back for now. I see them for sale all over and great prices. Good luck..!! :2thumbs:

Believe it or not; there's nothing wrong with the OEM shocks. They offer a compliant ride with enough available performance to keep most folks pretty satisfied.
But... If you get to the point where you're looking for a little bit more...
Try a set of RT shocks first, and then move up from there as cashflow allows.
