If you do a little searching on Amazon or E-bay you can do way better with DO-IT-YOURSELF LED'S........they come in so many colors , styles , types, etc. it's really mind boggling. Also it's not hard to wire them up to a switch or permanent on........and much less expensive ....pps:...sorry did I say a BAD word ......Mike
I didn't see LEDS in the link. I saw a towing hook up.

:agree:That puts a stress on the lower A arm in a way it wasn't designed to take. I see they are using it to load on a trailer; seems you could just drive up but perhaps the weight of the rider pushes the front end down too much so there isn't sufficient ground clearance(?).
I would put something on the bottom of the frame (eye bolt) and hitch to that to pull it up the ramp.
But, it is an invention...

I disagree.Used sensibly it shouldn't hurt anything. Dare say if sensibly used it likely creates no more A arm stress than some of the road conditions we encounter daily. jmo
Look in your manual....they wrap straps around the lower control arms to tow it up onto the trailer when transporting.I disagree.
If you were to do the stress analysis on the area that they placed the eyehooks in, you will see that the joint was not made to be "pulled" on. Bounce up and down, and having a "push" affect (driving forward FAST) on the joints sure. They did not design the Spyder to go backwards at 75 mph. While this do much harm - maybe not, but why experiment on a piece of equipment that could cost you big bucks to have fixed?
I will drive the trike up the trailer and save the $75. Actually I need a trailer to first be able to drive the Spyder up.ray:
Hey!!! Look at these... They do exist in metric. Just have to be careful to get them in the right strength... That would be my main concern.
