I was told that Harleys don't leak anymore. :2thumbs::doorag::roflblack:They come from the factory with built-in oil leaks now? That's beautiful. Kinda puts a damper on the Harley bashin'.....:roflblack:
Let me get this one back together first and you can bring it over Bro. :doorag:Good job buddy.... I need some stuff installed on my Spyder! When do I bring it by?hyea:
:roflblack: It was always said that if your Harley or Triumph didn't leak, it was out of oil. :roflblack:I have never trusted the modern Harley's with no little oil puddle under them.:doorag:
:agree::roflblack:but for the last 2 years my pan has been residing under my :spyder:catching oil and antifreaze :doorag: :gaah::roflblack: It was always said that if your Harley or Triumph didn't leak, it was out of oil. :roflblack:
About 300 on this RT. My last RT had 2500+ with no leaks and two of the other RT5 guys have over 10,000+ with no leaks. It's not a mileage thing, it's a bad part thing.Nice work Lamont!
Just wondering, how many miles did you have on your Spyder when you noticed the oil leaking from this problem?
thanks, again nice work!
Cheers.
I guess that was part of it but to tell you the truth I don't mind problems like this. It gives me a chance to get to know the RT and maybe I can help someone else in the future. :doorag:I guess after the last experience, you weren't inclined to give it back to let them fix it, huh?
