• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just picked up a used 2011 RS base model. No radio no nothing. I did find a 12
volt charger on U-tube. Anybody have this? Here is the
link:
I also am looking 4 a radio. Any suggestions?

:welcome: :congrats: on your purchase! I notice that they are showing a lot of attachments that have been hooked to an RT; make sure that what you purchase will fit your RS...
A lot of folks with RS and GS bikes use IPods that they plug in to some sort of 12 volt power source...

Welcome to the forum, your not to far from me.....

There is plenty of ways to mount a 12 volt outlet. There are wires already behind the trunk to wire one in and alot of folks have placed them on the dash. You will not need to spend a fortune to get power. It's easy and if you need help, just ask. I run all of my music through a MP3 player to my helmet.

I have the 600 watt shark audio amp on my GS with an iPod and JL audio speaker pods. Sounds good and plenty of volume over aftermarket exhaust

i have a pioneer head unit in my trunk, and homemade speaker pods on the dash. rocks very hard.
