Several weeks ago, Knightrider posted a message regarding the BRP slip-up on shipping outdoor covers with some of the RT-S', mine being one. My dealer was able to work it out as did Knightrider's, I believe. But prior to that happening, I emailed BRP a week or so back asking what needed to be done to straighten the issue out. Carlo called in response to my email last week apoligzing for the problem. I told him that my dealer worked it all out...I got my travel cover and they got the outdoor one.
When I owned the GS model and had the occassional problems with update this and update that, I would notify my dealer as well as BRP and Carlo would always call to inquire further about the problem. I know this Carlo contact happened to other Spyder owners as well.
I know we're all a demanding bunch and rightfully so based on the money we've all spent to own and ride Spyders, but you've got to give BRP some credit, in my opinion, for attempting to provide personal contact with owners. That's not to say that the answer we'd hear from time to time was what we wanted, but it's apparent to me that at least they're listening.
