OK, that one was a little too real for me, being married to a physician who hates empty carbohydrate calories and refined sugar. He's actually been trying to come up with a cookie that is healthy and low carb. Coconut flour and stevia and dark chocolate chips etc. Sounds OK, except that all he's been able to produce so far is different variations of The Bland Cookie That Sucks All the Moisture Out of Your Mouth. nojoke
