• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

fog lights received....in bad condition

Picked up the remainder of my accessories. Opened up the fog lights and found the bulb connection (black plastic) cover was broken off into 3 pieces. Called the dealer and asked for a bulb only replacement (H8). They were not sure that Can Am will let them replace just the bulb without exchanging the entire kit. I want to let you all know that I really appreciate how everyone takes the time to type in their issues, suggestions and even their screw ups. The Can Am does have a learning curve. We installed the mono cowl without breaking the "rubbers" ...thank you again for warning us about how easily they break. Back to fog lights...I kept telling the parts department that I would need another harness piece to install the fog lights, they kept insisting that everything was there. Sure enough, even if the bulb was not broken, can't do the job without an additional piece of harness...due to the xenon headlights (totally worth the extra money). The sales people actually refer to me as a Can Am expert, wish the parts department would listen!
Put in the truck liner, but did not "tape" it down. Seems unnecessary and everything has to come out again to install the charger plug thingy. No sense starting that until the bike gets taken apart to install the fog lights.

Well that's a bummer but like you said it might help other by you posting this. Thanks :doorag: :spyder:

From what I understand you do need a seperate portion of harness to install the fog lights with the HID, but it must be purchased seperately.
