Fog light switch fm '16 on '21 not triggering relay? Any thoughts/ideas?

I recently purchased a 2021 F3T and moved my fog lights from my 2016 F3T (will be selling soon)
After plugging in the lights, I found the plugs and wires were different. After rewiring and starting the bike, the lights came on, but the switch did not turn them off. I unplugged the switch and the lights stayed on. My guess is that the switch is not triggering the relay the same as it did on the 16.
I am also curious if it's possible to buy just the switch and not the entire fog light kit at $200 plus.

Either: Buy a new set of fog lights specific to your 2021 (too bad you modified the 2016 fog lights, now they won't sell)

Or: buy a 2021 service manual and a digital multimeter

Because you modified the 2016 fog lights, you're in unknown territory and we probably can't help.

I'm selling the 2016 f3t as stock {no fog lights} not the fog lights.
They work just fine on the 2021, I just can't turn them off with the switch.
They turn off same as the head lights and may just leave them like that.
