I have noticed that when I check my oil that foam is on the dip stick, and if you look into to the tank with a light you see even more foam. This all makes me wonder about the BRP oil since I know that foaming oil is not a very good lubricant most API rated multi-viscosity oils have anti foming agents added to prevent formation of air bubbles (foam). I am concerned that engine life may be compromised because of this. I take my spyder in to the dealer monday for the 600 mile service and I am also TAKING MY OWN motorcycle oil. Mobil 1 Racing 4T 10W40; API SG,SH/CF and JASCO MA . Has anyone noticed this foaming, if not I may have a serious problem i.e. water in the oil.
