Florida Keys bound!

Ahead of schedule....

Arrived in Okeechobie tonight, a day early.... Decided on the way down to skip St Augustine due to rainstorms moving across N Florida. Had lunch with Forrest near the Fl turnpike.

Camper all setup now & relaxin with a cool one in the 79 degree Temp here. Rydin tomorrow!

Stop in at Gilbert's resort and have breakfast with us. My wife and I are operating the breakfast room here from 6:30 to 11:00 A.M.. We would love to meet you. Gilbert's is located 107900 Overseas Hwy. under the big bridge entering Key Largo. This bridge crosses Jewfish Creek. The weather forecast is calling for severe clear all week long.

back in Tennessee after a great Florida trip!

We had a fantastic trip to Florida, starting with JohnnyG's Spyder gathering in Clewiston on Feb 9th. Got to see a lot of our Florida friends & Huligans there and then headed down to the Keys for the week. A bunch of South Florida spyders joined us in the Keys for a couple of days and we even had a 5 Spyder parade on Duval St in Key West one night.... with lots of TRICLED lights showing!

We wrapped up the trip with an unexpected chance to go on a Huligan Hog Shootin day trip!

Overall just a really SUPER trip that we enjoyed every minute! See link below for album with a few pics.

Brings back the memories Jack. Great trip! Love that toy hauler too:clap:. Wish I could have been there also. Work! Work! for now, but someday will be kick'n back like you and enjoying life the way it was meant to be.ray:

sounds like you had a grate time,i lived in fla.city while i was in the airforce,i flew parts in to kewest many times i worked for an airport out of home sted on my off time from the air force,kewest air port hangs out in the water fun to land there. it was a gruman tiger like this.:thumbup:
