Flasher speed

Ok I lost it again. Lol 14rts need to slow down the turn signals. Added leds to mirrors and fenders. Now need to slow speed. Saw it on here about pushing hazards on and doing something else ,but can't find it

This worked for me:after I discovered that my dealer did not sync the flash rate after installing my TricLEDs and CD HMT Brake/Turn Signal Light.
1. Turn key ON
2. PRESS & HOLD Hazar d Button for 30 sec.
3. Cluster will flash once( I never saw this happen)
Reset Complete

Reset instruction:
ignition on and press the 4 way flasher. Hold until light flash in dashboard.

What? I thought it was mandatory that you stand on your left leg and hop 3 times before the reset would work.
