• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

THX to Doc Riverside for his help in providing me with an RT Sway Bar for my new 2019 F3... :bowdown: :clap:
It's amazing how much .050 extra in the diameter of the bar can make while executing the curves in the Blue Ridge Mountains...
It took me a couple hours and a little bit of anxiety to do the conversion, but it was all well worth it... this was my 2nd time at this, my 1st was on my 2015 F3...
NOTE; people have said that you need to get the existing Sway Bar off the floor 22 inches... i found that 25 inches to the center of the front wheel hub is what you'll need... see pix attached... :thumbup:

Just to be sure.

I've measured from the center of the wheel hub to the floor, that's about 10 inches.
So from your measurements 15 inches would be the minimum height I'd need to lift the Spyder from the floor, is that right?

Because I can get a pair of ramps with about 16 inches of height, and that could work.

Thanks.

MAKO;
YES, you should be ok with the 25" measurement.... BE CAREFUL, ESPECIALLY WITH THE HANDLEBARS... DO NOT LET ANYONE TOUCH THEM, THAT COULD CAUSE THE SPYD3R TO FALL, and that's NOT a good thing....
best of luck with your conversion... and PLEASE stay safe from this CORONA VIRUS.... it's sweeping the USA in a big way... not good, can't go outside, can't ride, can't do much of anything.....

Thank you.

I've been listening to the news about how the virus is spreading in the EUA, very worrying situation.

It's also spreading here but the curve has somehow flattened. I've been working from home since two weeks now, not allowed to go out since and now saying probably not until the end of May :(

That's sad, but I believe with isolation and the raise of temperature the spread will be contained and we'll all still be able to enjoy the Summer for riding.
Be safe, be patient, just a bit more and it will go away!
