First Out of State Trip...

Well, I finally did an out of state trip on my Spyder. Went from Jacksonville, NC to Richfield Spirngs, NY. A little over 750 miles one way. I am very suprised at just how comfortable I was for that distance. But I also realized what I need next. So before the next trip, I will be getting the NMN 3" risers and a different seat (not sure which one yet though). I took a seabag and bungie corded it to the passenger handles. But I know I want the Corbin bags also. But I can live without those for awhile. Must say the only problems I had were neck cramps and one a**h*** 18 wheeler that kept blocking me from passing him.

Did my first out of state 2 weekends ago. Elkhorn WI to Minneapolis MN. 400 miles each way. I've got the new BRP seat and found it works well for me.

:congrats: Haven't done my ryde out of state, or traveled that far a distance yet. Still waiting for my 4" risers, and need to get a higher windshield. Planning to do my first one next year also. Good going there. :thumbup:
