• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Drink2go for me and passenger- easy on.
Ram mount iPhone holder- on easy but need swivel bracket instead- ordered
spyderpops missing belt guard- easy once I found way to get ahold of nuts on back side. Not easy to get my big hands in the back with correct wrench.

baker built air wings. Sigh.
Three broken bolts on it. Put it on anyway. Not too tough except son dropped a wrench down into the machine and it took 20 minutes of searching to get it out. Sent note to baker built. Really hope they are ok with this and will send me the new bolts.
It seemed to have been packed well but didn't notice the broken bolts til I went to install today. They are rather cheap bolts that hold the wings to the brackets.

Sigh....haven't jumped on the sway bar and skid plate yet. Looking for safe way to lift the front. Checked out harbor freight. Looked at some videos here. Still looking. Don't want to take this lightly.

the all aluminum yellow 1500 # lift from sears works really well, coupled with some jack stands to park it on once you've raised the front.:clap:

My Baker Wings came with plastic screws and nuts that are supposed to "Break Away" in an accident, so they are somewhat delicate. Have had them on for about 5000 mi without a problem and I love them, Kent.

Yup, those are the ones. Guess it makes sense that they broke in the mail then. I did find some extra ones and used them, but baker is sending me some more.

Hope I love them too!

Thanks! I need to find good photos of where exactly to place the jack under my spyder. I'm sure it is out there.

The Baker built air wings are on the top of the Farkle List, just ask the lady that's covering my back. No issues with the plastic screws, follow the enclosed directions
