We're all customizing our machines for the event, and talking about the ride :chat:

If you are in Toulouse area, stop at Clinique Du docteur Boyer in Montauban where I did learn the ACL replacement technique for a year. :thumbup:

Hi Docguru, I'am in the Alpes, Chambery exactly. I know Dr Alain Delbos in Toulouse, cause I worked for a while on regional anesthesia techniques using Ultrasound.
Did you enjoyed your year in France ? I hope to come in the USA, but I so sad to leave my Spyder here ... :spyder:

French Ham Fondue (casserole)
Categories: Casseroles French Ham

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
3 cups French bread -- cubed (include crust)
3 cups Cubed baked ham
3 cups Sharp Cheddar -- cubed or grated
1/4 cup Melted butter
4 Eggs beaten and mixed with 3 cups milk
3 tablespoons White flour combined with 1 teaspoons dry

Butter 9 inch by 13 inch baking dish with 1/4 of total butter in recipe.
Layer 1/3 of bread in bottom of pan, followed by 1/3 of cheese and 1/3 of
ham. Sprinkle 1/3 of flour-mustard mixture on that layer; then drizzle
another 1/4 of recipe's total butter. Repeat for two more layers. Pour
milk-egg mixture over all.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until puffy and golden.
Let stand 5-10 minutes.

We've got a lot of work, but I like to share my passion of the Spyder with my medical team, and between 2 anesthesia, I like so much to surf on Spyderlovers. Hope to work on my engine this night to do the canisterectomy and install the juice box. Just be waiting for 2 new "joints" ( sorry, ray: my medical vocabulary is better than my motocycle one...) in order to install my dual carbon two brother exhaust... Have to back in the operative sector.:shemademe_smilie:

Just heard from a friend of mine that's there now. He said they have 540 Spyders from 9 different countries signed up for this event. Those folks are serious about the Spyder. :2thumbs: :congrats:
