• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

First Defense Nasal Screens

A bit of topic but for those who suffer from allergies during open air touring you might be interested in two products I've found.

I've been trying the Nasal Screens. So far no sneezing or watery eyes for a couple days with no meds. They stick onto the outside of your nostril. Blend in pretty good and seem to filter out everything including some stronger odors. If these really work it is a god send for me living in Oklahoma. They are pretty much unnoticeable to wear. I have done chores and the treadmill, slept in them and of course ridden with them.

Just ordered another type I found called Nosk. These last a full week each and fit in the front of the nostrils. Not sure how comfortable that will be but figure its worth a try. They come with a 30 day money back. I think these are easily removable which would be an advantage besides the week use. The Nasal Screens would last for days and can be removed and reapplied as well though they are sold as dailies.

I guess if Batman can have nose filters so can we.

I saw an episode of Shark Tank and a guy was selling his idea for nasal screens. I wonder if those are the same as the ones you are using.

Did a search. Watched the product video. Never had heard of these things. Interesting idea. Not cheap!! But, if they work for you, GREAT!!!

I've got asthma and seasonal allergies. The theory behind screening the air coming into your nose sounds good. I just don't know if I could tolerate something adhered to the openings of my nose!!! I think I would be freaked out and feel like I was suffocating! Yeah, I know, the screens are obviously air permeable!! Still, I think I wouls feel a bit freaked out by them.

Congrats on finding a effective product for your own personal use!! Allergies are the pits!!!
