• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

First bike-extended warrenty-yes-no

Make sure that you get the BRP extended warranty or you could be facing the problems that I am regarding a third party vendor refusing to cover any problems. At 12000 rebuilt the engine and now at 19000 problems with the front sprocket.

I wish I got it when I got mine.
They've ( the place I got it from ) has fixed any problems my Spyder has had, even the ones I didn't know about.
For example, my engine always howled, I didn't even ask them what it was, when they took it out after fixing the first problem( e-brake and the steering locking up ), they heard the howl.
They checked it and the engine was misaligned.
I've been riding it misaligned for a year and a half.
At least they got it before the warranty expired.
Now I wish I got it ( the extended warranty ).
I hope nothing else major breaks over the next few years.
