• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

...probably isn't so big to most of you. But, we are ryding and pulling our Bunkhouse to Hatfield, AK from Winona Lake, IN ~850 miles one way. I appreciate some general tips about riding on a trip like this. Gonna take 2 days to get there. Traveling with another couple as well. 2010 RT... thanks for any advice.

Hatfield, Alaska????? Maybe you mean Arkansas?

My advice would be to stop as often as you think you need to.

  • Don't feel like you have to rush. Just enjoy it.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Keep you breakfast and lunch light. Heavy meals make you drowsy.
  • ENJOY the trip

Agree...

Patti...
:agree: take frequent breaks with good streching, splitting it into two days makes for a relaxing ryde..enjoy the trip and send some along-the-way photos...

That would be ARKANSAS - AR

Thanks for the lead on Karyl. Likely next spring when I can scrape the ice of everything here in Northern Indiana.

Know exactly where Hatfield, AR is. Been through there a few times. Be a fun trip. Just a little color change now. When coming through NW AR, if you need anything. We are in the area.
