• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Finally stopped the popping and surging with O2 Mod

Running a 2 bro's exhaust and juice box, but had serious popping/backfiring issues going on. Already tried the RTV sealer and slots in the pipe, etc, which did not work. I put Kens O2 mod on today, ran it all day in the Florida heat and humidity which makes the spyders run all the worse, but, finally no popping and backfiring AND surging is gone. Great fix. Wife has the Hindle on her auto and it also pops, so will order another and try it on hers.

Glad to hear the O2 mod did the trick for you as well. That is one mod I feel is definitely worth the money.

I left my O2 sensor in (just unplugged) with O2 mod in-place instead. Weather has gotten a bit cooler so I dunno if its the mod or temp that stopped the backfiring. None the less the low end is a little bit crispier.

That will kill the o2 sensor, you may want to remove it and plug the hole unless you never plan to use the sensor again.

What brand of o2 fooler are you guys using? Where do you purchase?

O2 sensor should last a while. I'll eventually remove it and replace it with the plug that came with the sensor.

We utilize the O2 modifier put out by Evolution Cycle. I think they are the only one that puts out the O2 mod for Spyder.

I just finished installing my O2 modifier. I removed my O2 sensor but taped and tied it up under the bike. Based on my first ride with the O2 modifier in place, I do not see going back to the old sensor.:2thumbs:

:agree: +1 :spyder2: Runs great.

I just added mine this am and made no changes to my juice box. Made a world of difference- lost the popping and backfire I had when decelerating and smoothed out a rough spot I had a cruise speed.
