Just purchased an Ultimate seat for my RS from a member on this site last saturday. It has the croc inlays with the matching drivers backrest. I am using the smoothspyder backrest for now, but thought it would be nice to have a matching passenger backrest with the croc inlays. I called Ultimate Seats this morning, to see what only the matching backrest with the croc inlay would cost me. On their site, it says that the rear matching backrest is an additional $200. I told the girl on the phone that I only wanted the pad, and not the chrome pieces to attach it to the seat. She said that only the pad would be $95, and $15 shipping, and the spyder logo would be another $45. Since I wanted it to match the front one, I did not order the spyder logo. She said she didn't know if I could attach it to the smoothspyder backrest or not, but I told her that I could. It was a good experience to get such good response from a company for a change, and a good deal on top of that.
