Finally pulled the trigger....:)

As you can see I have been here for a while...just kind of a quiet guy and really didn't have a lot to add. Just lurking and learning...tomorrow at 10:30 I am picking up my new RS-S....don't know if I will be able to sleep very well but I'm ready. For a long time I have made a VERY long list of mods that I want...it changes a lot but I think I have it down now.....(my wife just laughed at me and said "yeah right"....anyway...I want to thank all you guys for your insight into the spyder and really spyder riding in general. I will be riding a lot, I am not a fair eather rider, anything but snow and I'm there....love the long distance stuff....don't care about the destination...it's all about the ride with me. So, If you se a black Rs-s hauling the mail with some big goofy looking guy with a big smile...that will be me....if you can catch me...stop and say hi....I'm friendly..I promise...(again she snickers)....worse part about all this is now she wants to ride it once in a while...I know what her once in a while is....maybe this spring we can get another one...but she still has to work.......ok...heading to the PX to get some riding stuff....again...thank you all.

Recommend you put a few miles on the :spyder2: to see what you like and don't like--then start doing the mods you want.

I have bought a couple wrong things--so you could save a little money by going a little slow on the mods.
