• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Finally Got A Test Ride!

Well, as luck would have it. We had a trip planned this past week in S/W PA. to do some railfan stops. And The Spyder Demo Truck was in Johnstown PA. for the rally there. We spent a day at the rally and test rode 2 RT LT Limited's. I was very surprised at the ride of the Spyder. Very cushioned suspension, like riding on a cloud. Just soaked up the bumps, RR crossings. Very agile, quick. The first ride, the demo had the optional seat which pushed the rider back 2" didn't go over well with the wife. Also she got woozie as she wasn't used to the rocking back and forth in back, and she felt cramped. I didn't help either as I found the handling VERY sensitive. On the second ride we had the stock LT seat, and her riding boards were up to the top. Seat felt better to the both of us. This demo also had the adjustable handle bars. Very slick set up! NICE! The second ride I was more relaxed, so was the wife. Much better outcome. If our dealer gives us an honest trade in. There may be a Spyder in the garage soon. I hope. Time will tell. Tom :trike:
