Finally got a ride in

Hubby picked up new limited last week. Wtih all fo the rain and flooding, yesterday was the 1st day he was able to go for a ride.
We agreed to meet for dinner and I arrived a few minutes early...which turned into several as he was stopped in the parking lot by at least 3 people to talk about the :spyder:.

I was more amused following him home and watching the other drivers turn, stare and point at the spyder as he went by. Needless to say he now knows what all the "celebrity" talk is all about. I think he secretly loves it. :roflblack:

He's is still getting comfortable with the ride but so far seems to think he made the right decision. Now to have keep the bad weather away so I can go out with him.

Though we've only posted a few times (and only since we've purchased the spyder) both of us have appreciated reading this site and learning more about the spyer:spyder:. Must admit this forum is was a huge help in deciding if this was the route we wanted to take. He hadn't been on a bike in many years and didn't even test drive one before he put the down payment and ordered the RT Limited. And even with only two rides in (one being from the dearlership) he's a happy:2thumbs: spyder owner.

:congrats: on the break in the weather! We've had 2 days of sunshine, so we can relate.

Glad to hear your husband is enjoying the new Spyder. :2thumbs: Isn't it fun to just stand back and watch the expressions on peoples' faces when they first see a Spyder?!
Hope you have the chance to get out for a ryde too.
But watch out.... it is addictive! :f_spider:
