• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Finally getting my warranty card

Questions

I bought and paid for my 2014 RT-S on 3/15/2014. Did not get my warranty card by Nov. 2014.
After many calls to BRP and my dealer, I had to fax my title and registration card from Pa. to BRP. Titled in Pa. 4/22/2014.
As of today (1/6/2015) I have just been informed that the transfer of ownership has finally been made.
What a mess. Poor dealer service.

A common complaint issue. Yours took extra long though. Dealerships sometimes are lax on the paperwork. At least BRP assisted you with the process.

Last year I bought a 2014RTS-SE6 ( traded a 2012RTS-SE5) in July and got my warranty card in the mail in Aug. 2014, then the first week of Sept. I got my B.E.S.T Extended Service paper( on the paper it is dated September 11,2014) card says "Coverage Expires in 2017.

What's a warranty card? I do not think I ever received one..although I have never had an issue getting warranty work done.

The only warranty card I am familiar with is the "Best" warranty. The card came with my welcome packet and was a part of the purchase deal on the 2014 RT.

The basic warranty is not a "cardable" event that I know of. The dealer just inputs the VIN and the pertinent information pops up.
