Fender Tip Directional Kits Now Available

We have just released the new Street Magic Cycle Products Spyder TIPZ Kit . This kit will convert the stock fender tip lights into directionals as well as retain their running light function.

Unlike other systems that dim the running light in an attempt to make it dual function, our proprietary Eclipze Technology allows the fender tip to remain 100% full intensity as a running light while being able to function as directional unit as well.

This is very important because the small differential between a system that dims the running light at say 70% then raising it to 100% when in directional mode is very hard for the human eye to see when dealing with such a small bulb and light fixture. This small of a change is especially hard to see when in daylight as a small 30% change is very hard to see in bright light conditions.

Our proprietary Eclipze Technology has a full 100% to 0% differential allowing for maximum visibility in all conditions.

Lamonster should be getting his kit on Friday and if I know him he'll post a video for all to see after his install is done.

This is a great idea! Although I don't have my Spyder yet, based on what I've read here, it sounds like the stock mirrors are pretty useless without some sort of extension. I'd like to get rid of them alltogether and use a set of CRG bar-end mirrors instead. So I need some sort of turn indicator and/or block-off plate. I'm hoping someone comes up with something. I've already sent email to Ken Z and Gregg's customs to see what they're willing to do.

Guess I'll be tearing my Spyder down this weekend and looking at the turn signals much closer..... probably use the signal from the front turn signals to send the signal to turn the fender lights on and off.....
