• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have a 2015 RT Special Series with a Factory CB. I can hear fine, it's just when I transmit, others say it is scratchy and hard to understand. I have tried several headhsets with the same results. I could ck the SWR but don't know where the unit is. How do you find the CB where the antenna connects to it? Other suggestions.

The CB itself is mounted just in front of the right saddle bag (as you are sitting on the bike). So, you have to take that long side panel off ... well, basically the whole right side to get to the unit). The antenna cable connects there and is then routed around to the left side for connection to the antenna itself.

Another thing you might consider is the state of your plug wires (BRP uses some that are notorious for causing noise, especially after that are messed with in any way, like replacing the plugs). I know on my 2012 RT, I had the plugs replaced and neglected to replace the wires at the same time .... I could still hear okay but all my transmits were filled with static. Replaced the wires with a set from BajaRon and it all cleared up.

Good luck finding and fixing the problem .... Ann
