Hi Folks,
Just a note to let you all know the experience I had with one of our sponsors. I ordered an F4 Sport windshield for my new 2013 RT. Once I put it on the bike I noticed a small visual distortion near the top of the windshield. Wasn't much, but right where I would constantly being looking at it. Last nite, I fired off a note to Don at F4 and told him I was a disappointed in the quality of the product. The shield is really beefy and just the right size for me, but had that darn imperfection. About 12 hours later, I get a note saying that a new shield is on the way. Now, that is what I consider customer service with a CAPITOL "S"! Just wanted you all to know that, if you are in the market for a windshield, it looks like F4 will certainly take care of you.
