• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F4 on the F3

Happy, happy, happy!!!

Not to get too personal, CK, but would you mind me asking how tall you are. I am thinking of an F3 and an F4 but would prefer looking over the wind screen. I am 5'6" so I was just looking to compare. Nice set-up, BTW!

Just took my new F4 out for a test drive, a little 50 mile jaunt. I put the 28" tinted on my mag/red F3. I am 5'6" and put the F4 down as far as I could get it. It is darn near perfect, height-wise. I look just over the top. Be advised, the wind protection is terrific. As a matter of fact, on this 80* day, I could have used a little more breeze! :) Should be great for road trips! I'll post a pic if I can ever get my phone camera to talk to my computer! :sour:

Just Installed the 32 inch on my F3

First off the quality of the F4 windshield is excellent. Everything went together as per the instructions. I did need to call Don and ask a question about the bar that installs between the two rear risers and he took care of my question. The difference between the 22 inch stock windshield and the F4 32 inch is unbelievable....the wife is going to love the fact that she is no longer beat to death by the wind turbulence. Best money I have spent in a long time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What was your question about the rear bar?

Installation

When i was installing the windshield, I had to have the adjustment brackets all the way up to get the cross bracket to fit. Not a big deal once i figured it out.

F4 28"

Yes, it's the 32 and no it's not the blue ridge. F4 custom.
Got the first production run from Don Frank and Company (F4 Customs) and I am 5'6". With the windshield full up I am looking through the windshield, full down I am looking over the windshield. Two hand tight knobs and it can be adjusted in a couple minutes, love it.. 28" Light tint..
