I notice on the installation instructions for the F3T radio audio system that there is an audio out jack with the factory cable. Does anyone know what that is to be used for as it does not get connected to anything. I am assuming I could potentially hook a audio cable from that to something like a SM10 Bluetooth transmitter?

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What year is your? I have a 2017 and the USB and Audio jack is located in the little glove box. They are short little things though

I have a 2016 the cables you are audio in NOT audio out. The audio out I am referring to is a pigtail off the cable that runs from the amp under the rear seat area. I have attached a photo from the install instructions. it was mentioned in a prior post that the person connected this to their top case speakers. Which I recall comes out very loud unless you have a software down load? The audio out jack I am referring to is the item #3 in the attachment

pretty sure thats there in case you add the factory top box with speakers later. Nice to have it all wired and ready to to from the factory.

Yes it works as a charger. I used my IPHone charging cable in the USB and I was able to control my music too
