• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. f3s SM6 creeping

Someone who has had this experience and know the fix please respond. My 2015 F3s SM6 has begun to creep when stopped. Has gotten to the point of shutting off as if the clutch is being released while holding the brake on. First problem was the indications of the Gear Position Sensor (Angle position sensor) going bad, sticking in gear. Replaced sensor with new, gear changes worked much better except 4th would stick sometime until the throttle was blipped and change up or down from 4th worked. Now the creeping is getting worse. Clutch fluid is okay. I'm wondering if the bike's Clutch Hydraulic cylinder is much like an auto slave cylinder which may be the cause of the creeping problem.

I was going to say check your fluid level, but you did. On my SM5, when fluid was low it would creep. Sorry i have no other suggestions. Bruce

After viewing numerous youtube vids and diy post of individuals with the same issue, the Hydraulic Cylinder replacement seems to have solved the problem.

UPDATE: Hydraulic cylinder that was replaced was sticking not allowing plunger unit to operate smoothly. Now the Micro switch at the clutch lever is bad. Have new switch but have not located the lower connector . Thought it might be on the left side of bike near the gear position sensor but probably on right side sitting on bike. Any ideas from someone that has done this replacement.

2nd UPDATE: Replaced the Clutch lever micro switch. All good...If anyone wants to know, the connector is on the right side sitting on bike.
