• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3 WINDSHIELD

I will say it only took me about 15 minutes to set the new windshield on the bike, mark the holes with a marksalot and drill with the provided bit. Easy. Also there is a good deal of play in the factory brackets. My BRP blue ridge original shield had the holes in positions not aligned with the brackets. The dealer had to file them open a bit to match them. So the holes on my Gustasson are actually better positioned for my bike than the oem ones. Not that it matters any. You cannot see the holes once the brackets are mounted and the 'tightness' of the hole has no bearing on the rigidity or function of the screen. They are covered top and bottom by rubber grommets and the brackets. Really, the holes are no big deal.

If you really don't want to drill the holes, pay a competent shop to do it. This combo is the best looking and functioning one out there right now for the F3. The Madstead and F4 Customs don't even come close.

Yeah, but why does the consumer need to be the one drilling the holes if its so easy, why not do it at the factory that make them? dumb, poor marketing.
