• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3 Stereo Install

This weekend I finished an install of a stereo system on my F3. Kenwood 400w (rms of 75 x 4 or 95 x 2), pair of Kicker 4" 2 way marine speakers and 4" kicker enclosures. Amp is Bluetooth and has a nice wired remote. No bottom ended base but it sounds really good and loud- quite audible over full face helmet and cat delete/straight shot muffler.

Sam could you give us the Kenwood model name or number along with some notes on how you mounted the speakers?

. The speakers are mounted using the hardware included with the enclosures (minus the bar clamps). I used the first bolt on the dash rails as a mount point. It took a slightly longer bolt, a few rubber washers between the arm and rail and a slight opening of the arm hole to get things to fit together. I will try to get some pictures of that area later tonight.
